The London-based property investment and development company was bringing to market a new residential development in Ashtead, Surrey, aimed at young professionals and investors.

Paradigm Land approached us for support with promoting their new residential development, Nine, so we:

  • Developed a sleek logo and visual identity
  • Created a sales brochure inc. floorplans and CGI to simulate the proposed development prior to its completion
  • Designed and commissioned vinyl artwork to act as signage during the development

“We designed a logo that drew upon elements of the proposed new building on site and the number nine. The property brochure uses a clean, modern design, made up of geometric shapes and a sophisticated colour palette to promote the individual apartments to potential buyers. As the development was not complete and imagery did not exist when we designed the brochure, we created high end CGI’s of the interiors of the apartments and a bespoke site map and floor plans to give potential buyers an idea of what the building would look like when complete. The Nine brand was very well received and the apartments sold in record time, opening up the possibility of future developments.”
