Working closely with Superdrug’s HR team and appointed training partner, we:

  • Developed a fresh visual identity for the company’s Vision, Mission, Values and customer experience icons to be used during staff training
  • Designed a set of informative posters and printed training ‘passport’ for employees
  • Created the CX Training app

The L&D team at Superdrug was awarded the CIPD/People Management Award for Best Learning & Development Initiative! The award was given to them for their Customer Experience Training created by Superdrug together with Mary Gober International.
