Integral Leadership Dynamics (ILD) offers team coaching and leadership development courses. Their mission is to create exceptional leaders and inspire executives to deliver excellent results in the workplace. This impressive global company teaches in 11 languages across the world, which is what sets them apart in their field. The company is built on their trusted partnerships and impressive affiliation to Imperial College. They found themselves in a transitional phase and wanted our advice on the right approach and strategy to take their good name and successful business to the next level.
Everything starts with the why; we knew that a brand refresh was probably in order as the current branding was in need of modernisation. We started the process with a deep dive into brand strategy, exploring the current strategy, the existing VMVs (Vision, Mission & Values), how they have evolved and mapping out their current challenges, aims and objectives.
A comprehensive discovery stage not only helped us form the creative direction for the new identity, but informed our approach to the guidelines to keep the brand consistent. Formerly The Coaching Space, ILD has come a long way and changed directions, even name and felt that now was the perfect time to invest in the brand as a whole and produce something which mirrored their success.
The result was a visual identity that truly captured ILD’s key USPs. The finished logo represents the three coaching specialisms coming together; putting their client at the centre. The icons were then used as a versatile device that could be adapted and reworked throughout the visual identity, adding interest and consistency to the varied assets and touch-points.
ILD wanted to update their existing colour palette rather than completely rethinking it. The resulting palette elevates the look & feel, giving them a professional and accessible brand identity suited to their client base.
The approved identity was rolled out both off and online – through brochures, editable powerpoint presentations, animations, coaching materials and of course their website, all of which we captured in spectacular brand guidelines to help keep the brand consistent.
We designed and built HTML email templates for launch as well as a customisable newsletter template in their EDM/e-mailer system to allow ILD to keep in contact with their clients and prospects whenever suited them. Additionally, we worked with their existing LMS (Learning Management System) providers to update iconography and branding across the platform.
Working with the team at ILD was an absolute pleasure; their positive approach to the project gave us the scope we needed to really find the right look & feel to match them and their brand strategy. With their industry knowledge, expertise and ability to clearly communicate their feedback, creating a suite of new materials to be used both off and online was a truly collaborative experience.
