This gets us to the heart of how it’s unique, what makes your audience tick and where other brands in the same space are missing a trick. We like to run a workshop with you, where you share your insights and knowledge, and we talk about initial thoughts and idea starters. This gives us our strategy.

Digital

We’re different because we custom-build everything, with our team of front-end and back-end developers. So whether you’re after a website or an app, it’ll be tailored to what best suits your brief. Here we pop on our wise, unbreakable gorilla glasses, and get down to the nitty-gritty of researching and planning. We create a detailed scope of work, define the key deliverables and agree responsibilities and timelines, so the project is delivered on time and budget. Our research helps give us a sitemap, key messaging and page hierarchy.

Design

Creative

More fun than rolling around in bamboo, this is our favourite bit. With the strategy agreed, it’s time to play. We explore creative areas, sketch ideas, come up with names, and collate mood boards of the look and feel. This is also the time we might suggest boosting your design with other creative wisdom, such as photography, illustration or copywriting.

Digital

This is when we start the front-end design, walking the untrodden path through the forest, exploring mountains of ideas to get to the right look and feel that’s clean, impactful, user-friendly and intuitive. We produce key pages for you to feed back on, then when everyone’s happy, we roll out the design across the website, giving us a complete suite of bespoke key screens.

Once a design direction is agreed, we roll out the idea across the items you need, from posters, brochures and leaflets , to in-store displays. We also produce brand guidelines, designed for internal use, which you can share with your design partners to keep brand consistency. Very handy.

Digital

Now it’s time for the serious dev work – whoop! At the front-end, we take the approved designs and build custom-made templates. At the back end, we integrate the templates and content into the CMS platform that best suits your job (rather than the one that’s always used). This means you get a website that works exactly how you want it to. Our designers and developers work closely together as they’re the same in-house team, so nothing’s lost in translation.

We deliver the full package, without you having to go anywhere else. We’re pretty clued-up when it comes to print production, so get very competitive prices from our print partners, or work directly with yours. You have the opportunity to create a more compelling format and finish for your printed collateral, as we can advise on all sorts of options for you. Then it’s eat, sleep, play and repeat, as we go back to the start thinking of other projects that fit into your big marketing plan. We never stop improving, supporting and creating.

Digital

Again, we deliver the full package, so you don’t have to use someone for this bit, and someone else for that. We give you a smooth launch, testing, bug checking, offering CMS training sessions and making final sweeps before we go live. And after all that is when the work really begins. Because a website is like a living, breathing creature, always growing, developing and evolving.
