To enhance their amazing company culture, Superdrug launched a new app-based staff intranet to encourage cross-functional collaboration, learning and engagement, accessed via personal mobile devices.

We worked alongside Superdrug to create:

  • Striking branding for the new Hub interface
  • An exciting and engaging multi-release ‘teaser’
  • The ‘Better, Faster, Smarter’ launch campaign across digital platforms and printed media inc. hanging mobiles, cutouts, floor stickers, coffee cups, roller banners, web banners, sound-activated flashing bracelets and employee information packs.

The Results

Within 8 weeks of the launch, the Hub had been a huge success with over 10,000 employees logging on, 4,500 employees installing the app on at least one device and over 8,000 images shared. What a great result!

It didn’t take long until the new and improved Hub had proven itself to be a huge success, going on to win an award at the HR Excellence Awards 2017! Check out our blog to find out more
